If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy that allows you to return items with if you have any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details at preencollectivemf@gmail.comEach case will reviewed individually  It's important to note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and with all original packaging intact.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything checks out, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, you can expect to see the refund processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

We also want to make the exchange process as seamless as possible. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to do so is to return the item you currently have.
